Before Paying, You Need to Know
- Online payments require the defendant to waive his or her right to a jury trial and enter a plea of No Contest or Guilty (unless such a plea has already been entered).
- A 5 % convenience fee is added to every payment transaction (one fee for multiple cases).
- Age requirement: to pay online, a defendant must have been at least 17 years old when cited.
- Violations with the oldest date of citation must be paid first.

- SEARCH by Citation number (eg: E0123456); Name and Date of Birth; Vehicle License Plate
- EXPLORE OPTIONS
- CHOOSE & PAY
EXPLORE & Choose Options:
- Deferred Disposition
- Driving Safety
- Compliance Dismissals
- Time to Pay the Balance
- Enter a plea and pay the citation. (Case closes as a conviction and may be reported on your Driver Record.)
- Make a payment on a violation on which you have already entered a plea.
