Before Paying, You Need to Know
- Online payments require defendants to waive their right to a jury trial. A plea of No Contest or Guilty is required (unless a plea has already been entered).
- A 3.95 % convenience fee is added to each transaction (one fee for multiple cases) with a $2.50 minimum.
- Age requirement: to pay online, a defendant must have been at least 17 years old when cited.
- Violations with the oldest date of citation must be paid first.

- EXPLORE OPTIONS
- CHOOSE & PAY
EXPLORE & Choose Options:
- Deferred Disposition
- Driving Safety
- Compliance Dismissals
- Time to Pay the Balance
- Enter a plea and pay the citation. (Case closes as a conviction; may be reported on your Driver Record.)
- Make a payment on a violation on which you have already entered a plea.
